Fuelling actions with purpose. Serving communities with passion.
Our focus is on the all-round development of communities, with a heightened emphasis on those in which we operate. For the betterment of rural villages, we actively partner with government bodies, district authorities and village panchayats. Expanding our network to collaborate with like-minded bilateral & unilateral agencies, we share ideas, draw from each other's experiences and unify efforts for sharper outcomes and wider imprints. Through identified and targeted developmental initiatives for holistic development of rural communities, we actively engage to establish long-lasting relationships that are meaningful and tangibly beneficial in line with the CSR vision of Aditya Birla Group.
Given the prevailing socio-economic strife the onus of corporate citizens, like Aditya Birla Advanced Materials, is larger than ever before. To ensure that we are able to make a powerful difference, a clear sense of direction is imperative. To align our initiatives and funnel our actions for optimal returns for the community and planet, we have we have identified certain key areas for us to work in.
To actively contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which we operate. In doing so, build a better, sustainable way of life for the weaker sections of society & raise the country's human development index.
- Mrs. Rajashree Birla, Chairperson, Aditya Birla Centre for Community Initiatives & Rural Development

Through the pandemic, we’ve organised and undertaken multiple activities to provide relief. These include provision of food & essential items, masks, hand sanitizers, Vitamin C tablets, PPE kits for health workers, food facilities for the police & emergency teams, disinfectant spraying etc. We've developed and circulated various multi-modal communications to educate & improve awareness around COVID and HIV/AIDS for the rural masses.
